Dedicated in 1929, Grand Teton National Park is comprised of approximately 310,000 acres in northwest Wyoming. The Teton Range serves as the focal point of the Park. Jutting skyward from the Snake River Valley to an elevation of 13,775 feet is the "Grand Teton". The tallest peak of the Range also serves as namesake for the Park. The Tetons and the surrounding areas offer unparalleled mountain scenery and tremendous photographic opportunities.
